Covid 19 Update

We know that many of you are tracking the daily development of COVID-19 and its uncertainties. We want you to know that this is also at the top of our mind and every small business. Each day, we take precautions to ensure our products and equipment are handled in compliance with state health and CDC guidelines and that our employees are consistently educated on these compliances. 


Our store is fully operational at this time.  And as we following the CDC guidelines, if you are FULLY VACCINATED, no mask is required.  If you are NOT fully vaccinated, we ask that you please wear your mask into our local store.  PLEASE HELP US ALL STAY SAFE AND HEALTHY.  


OTHER OPTIONS: 

  •  You may order online and select local pickup at checkout or call (980) 237-4403 to place and pay for your carryout order. 
  • You can also order online and have your popcorn shipped, (for Larger sizes ONLY)!

Do you offer online ordering with local pickup?

Yes! At checkout, under your order summary, select In-Store/Local Pickup next to the shipping.  

  • Orders placed before 2:00pm will be fulfilled the same day (Depending on quantity).  We will call you when the order is available for pickup.  
  • Orders placed after 2:00pm will be fulfilled the next open business day (Depending on quantity).  

Do you make your popcorn on-site?

Yes! 

That’s what makes us unique from many others! We handcraft all of our popcorn directly in our Charlotte/Steele Creek Shoppe! We specialize in small batches so that your popcorn can be made fresh throughout the day! Each Popcorn Heaven location makes their own popcorn! We invite you to taste the fresh, quality difference!

Are there allergens in your popcorn?

Our popcorn is made from non-GMO ( Non-genetically modified organism) , gluten free kernels that are popped in coconut oil. The popcorn is produced in equipment used to make our product coatings and toppings which may contain peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, milk, and/or gluten. However, we do have a variety of gluten free varieties available.

What are the sizes of your popcorn products? (approximate dry measure cups)?

  

  • Snack - 2.5 cups
  • Small – 4.5 cups 
  • Medium – 8 cups
  • Large - 10 cups
  • Heavenly Pack – 24 cups (3 Medium bags)
  • X-Large – 33 cups
  • Jumbo – 55 cups
  • Party – 136 cups (This is a little larger than a bushel, because of the size of the bag, this size is available for local/in-store pick up ONLY)
  • 1 Gallon Tin – 16 cups
  • 2 Gallon Tin – 32 cups

Do you participate in Fundraisers?

Yes!!  We sure do, 


Our FUNdraiser Program offers over half gallon-sized flavorful & fresh Popcorn Bags and 1 gallon filled Tins. 

Your organization keeps 50% of what it sells!!

How do I keep my popcorn fresh?

Our popcorn is popped fresh at our shoppe throughout the day to ensure the highest quality. To maintain freshness, store your popcorn in an airtight container or bag at room temperature. We do not recommend that you re-heat or freeze your popcorn.

What’s your policy on refunds and cancellations?

The fresh nature of our popcorn does not allow us to issue refunds or cancel an order once it has been packaged for shipping. 


For in-store orders, note ALL orders must be cancelled within (1) hour from the time it was ordered. 


For orders being shipped, all orders MUST be cancelled within 3 days from the order date.   

After 3 days, contact us to discuss if the order can be credited.

We DO NOT DELIVER at this time. Check back with us in the future.
